Senior Risk Control Analyst

About the Role
The Senior Analyst, Property Risk Control will support the Global Risk Manager, Property with the day-to-day administration of the global risk control & engineering program. They will interface with Magna divisions worldwide to review & implement risk control & engineering recommendations to improve overall risk quality & resiliency.
Your Responsibilities
- Review and tracking of property risk control reports, data models & risk exposure data; monitor sprinkler impairments; monitor divisional changes to assess impact to risk quality; engage with internal & external stakeholders to ensure alignment with Magna's corporate risk philosophy
- Track and report on-going construction projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, Expansion, Bump-out, etc.) to ensure adoption of risk improvement strategies
- Review site summaries to ensure new location profiles are created and locations are captured in overall property reporting / risk control program
- Attend on-site meetings to review risk control recommendations as required
- Develop internal reporting templates and utilize existing summary risk scoring metrics to communicate, manage and monitor risk improvement activities across the portfolio
- Coordinate Property Valuation / Asset valuation activities
