About the Role

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our SEO efforts in driving performance-driven results. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and make a meaningful impact on our digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance conversion rates.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, analyze competitors, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze and optimize website content, including product pages, blog posts, and other relevant areas, to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of SEO initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as search engine rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of direct experience in all aspects of SEO, including on-page, technical, and outreach, with proven success in mid-market or enterprise websites.
  • Strong UX mentality, able to strategize and execute with a user-centric approach.
  • Adept at working in a collaborative environment, navigating complex projects, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and work closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CMS systems like WordPress, and basic coding skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with reporting tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Familiarity with keyword analysis tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
