We're looking to add an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to our team at Media.Monks.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of online marketing, including brand, acquisition, demand generation, nurture, growth, partnerships, and retention campaigns. You'll drive impactful programs, collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our team, you'll work on global projects, developing innovative ideas and strategies to amplify client initiatives. Your expertise will help us achieve our client's strategic objectives, and your ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously will be invaluable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and establish effective processes for managing the organization
  • Drive campaign development, including identifying required marketing assets and developing actionable plans
  • Own measurement and analysis of channels and campaigns to maximize qualified business opportunities and return on investment
  • Manage team-wide and executive communications between the client and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Creative testing capabilities, including analyzing results and developing a plan of action to optimize performance
  • Demonstrated capacity to roll out complex, data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Ability to manage several priorities and complex global projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including both professional and casual style of communication

At Media.Monks, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 CAD per year, depending on experience. We believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and we strive to create a positive and empowering work environment where everyone can grow and thrive.
