Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our Canadian business, providing strategic leadership and vision to foster growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations, ensuring sales goals are met
  • Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) when the Store Manager is absent, leading by example
  • Manage staff, execute daily operational tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, setting high standards for excellence

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the retail industry, with a proven track record of success
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience, demonstrating leadership capabilities
  • Flexibility and open availability required, including day, evening, and weekend shifts
