- About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless store operations.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in achieving sales targets, managing teams, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- You will also be responsible for merchandising, visual display, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.
- In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels.

Qualifications - About You:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as basic computer skills, are essential.
- You should also have a sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem-solve is a must.
- Additionally, you must be able to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
- Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers is also required.
- Finally, you must be able to operate a POS system.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
