Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Wealth Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing and deepening client relationships by providing high-quality advice and service within the mass affluent market. Your priority will be providing investment and financial planning advice to help clients meet their unique goals.

You will follow a comprehensive financial planning framework, focusing on investment sales and new client acquisition, as well as establishing business development opportunities with prospects and clients within the assigned market area.

  • Conduct in-depth reviews for assigned clients, including retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and estate planning.
  • Exhibit natural curiosity to uncover and solve for clients' needs, delivering trusted financial advice regarding their investments and retirement planning.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset when identifying clients' needs to craft personalized financial strategies and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in financial planning and investment sales is preferred.
  • Successfully completed (or working towards) the IQPF designation within Quebec.
  • Accredited mutual funds professional in good standing with CIRO licensing requirements (Investments Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
  • Ability to work independently as a self-motivated entrepreneur with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledgeable of competitive offerings, market trends, economic conditions, and the regulatory environment.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, with proficiency in both languages.
