Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Wealth Management department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our wealth advisors.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting investment advisors in providing superior customer service, meeting client requests, and carrying out routine financial transactions.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Support investment advisors in providing exceptional customer service and meet client requests
* Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions (e.g., purchases and sales of securities, transaction adjustments)
* Ensure diligent follow-up on deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions for all investment accounts
* Analyze, open, and update client files
* Produce portfolio management reports
* Manage administrative tasks, including agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing client meetings
* Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules

National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is a leading investment brokerage firm in Canada, with close to 1,000 investment advisors managing assets for over 400,000 clients across 100 branches. As a Senior Financial Services Coordinator, you will work closely with a wealth advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Prerequisites

To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A college or university diploma in a related field
* Two years of relevant experience in banking, insurance, or the financial industry
* Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
* Exceptional customer service skills

Your Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
