Job Description

The Mitigation/Restoration Technician plays a crucial role in managing and conducting various general cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete jobs to specifications to meet customer expectations
  • Manage work assignments within allocated units, ensuring accurate recording of materials and equipment used
  • Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to ServiceMaster standards and customer requirements
  • Facilitate customer inspections, request signatures, and process payments for completed work
  • Promptly handle re-service requests and provide excellent customer service
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in cleaning services or restoration services
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience is preferred
  • High School Diploma; IICRC Certifications are considered an asset
  • Valid Class G Ontario Driver's License with no restrictions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotating schedules and work after hours/holidays when necessary
