Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, based on project volume and gross margins combined with industry experience and demonstrated industry relationships. Job Description

A Project Manager at On Side Restoration plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of property restoration after a disaster. This includes working with insurance adjusters, conducting quality control, assessing damage, and determining the scope of work needed.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters to ensure a seamless experience for clients
  • Conduct quality control of all aspects of the job
  • Assess damage and determine the scope of work needed
  • Manage and direct restoration staff in a supportive team environment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 2 years of project management experience in the restoration industry
  • Experience with Xactimate
  • A passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivation and goal-oriented approach
  • Ability to work after hours and on weekends
  • Problem-solving and priority management skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving abstract
