About the Role

FHT SPARKLE CONSULTING INC is seeking a highly organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staffing department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Notice Preparation: Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Screening: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
  • Employment Requirements: Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Candidate Review: Review candidate inventories to ensure they meet the needs of our clients.
  • Interview Coordination: Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and notify applicants of results of the selection process.

  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Work Arrangements
