About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to join our team in Ottawa, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing client Pay-Per-Click campaigns to deliver tangible and measurable results. As a key member of our Paid Ads department, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and optimized paid ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of campaign performance for clients, including ad creation, optimization, conversion tracking, and reporting.
  • Lead client-facing meetings, effectively communicating campaign performance and building meaningful relationships.
  • Understand client goals and ensure campaign performance, KPIs, and strategies are presented to clients in an effective, value-driven manner.
  • Maintain and grow deep familiarity with all relevant platforms, including Search, Social, Shopping, Display, and Video channels across Google, Microsoft, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Spotify, TikTok, and any emerging platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging paid ads strategies and holistic marketing approaches.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, analytics, and web development to ensure cohesive and optimized paid ad campaigns.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and PPC best practices.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, with a track record of achieving positive ROI and revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC advertising, including keyword research, bid management, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in PPC analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proof of holistic marketing/strategy training.
  • Relevant certifications in PPC advertising are a plus.

What We Offer:

As a Paid Ads Specialist at seoplus+, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
