Lead Mechanical Engineer

KNG Technical Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead our team of engineers in the development of innovative medical devices. As our Mechanical Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and testing of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of mechanical systems and products
  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet project requirements and deadlines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in mechanical engineering
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong technical skills in CAD design, analysis, and simulation
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and testing
  • Knowledge of ISO-13485 and medical device regulations
