Job Summary

VIP Pre-Cast Concrete Ltd is seeking a skilled Concrete and Cement Finishers Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and finishing of concrete and cement products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of concrete and cement finishers to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently and safely.
  • Prepare production reports and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Train and develop junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete and cement finishing operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
