Home and Community Care Director

- Client Care: Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and outcomes.
- Program Development: Work with colleagues to develop and implement new programs and services that meet the needs of our clients.
- Community Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement and implement changes to enhance client care and outcomes.
