Job Title: Mountain Expedition Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mountain Expedition Leader to join our team at Northern Escape Heli Skiing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading groups on outdoor sport and recreational trips, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead groups on outdoor expeditions, including heli skiing and other adventure activities
  • Operate off-road vehicles and other equipment as required
  • Provide outdoor, wilderness, and wildlife instruction to clients
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working order
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Advanced Wilderness First Aid Certificate
  • Level 2 avalanche training, Canadian Avalanche Association (CAA)
  • Ski Guide Certificate
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in challenging outdoor conditions
