Job Title: Mountain Expedition Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mountain Expedition Leader to join our team at Northern Escape Heli Skiing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading groups of adventurers on exciting mountain expeditions, ensuring their safety and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Summary:
  • Lead groups of adventurers on mountain expeditions, ensuring their safety and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Operate off-road vehicles and navigate through challenging terrain.
  • Provide outdoor, wilderness, and wildlife instruction, including orienteering and survival skills.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Wilderness First Aid Certificate.
  • Level 2 avalanche training from the Canadian Avalanche Association (CAA).
  • Ski Guide Certificate.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in challenging terrain.
