Job Title: Mountain Expedition Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mountain Expedition Leader to join our team at Northern Escape Heli Skiing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading groups on outdoor sport and recreational trips, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead groups on outdoor expeditions, including heli skiing and backcountry skiing
  • Operate off-road vehicles and communication devices
  • Maintain equipment and provide instruction on wilderness and wildlife skills
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Advanced Wilderness First Aid Certificate
  • Level 2 avalanche training, Canadian Avalanche Association (CAA)
  • Ski Guide Certificate
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
