We're seeking a skilled Data Insights Strategist to join our Personal Data Management and Valorization team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to leverage advanced data processing and management skills, driving proactive decision-making across the organization.

About the Role:

In this key position, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer and marketing data, collaborating closely with stakeholders to optimize processing performance.
  • Analyzing complex data sets to identify opportunities, enhance processes, and support strategic objectives.
  • Crafting insightful reports, analytics, and dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Leveraging SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Bitbucket, and SAS to automate and develop efficient data processing workflows.
  • Maintaining data pipelines to ensure seamless insights flow to decision-making teams.
  • Presenting findings in a clear, concise manner.

Your Team:

The Vice-Presidency of Risk Strategy Modeling, Perception and Recovery is a dynamic team of over 350 specialists working collaboratively to seize opportunities, stay at the forefront of technology, and continually improve processes.

You'll be part of the Personal Solutions and Distribution Strategy sector, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Customer Engagement Analytics. Our team excels through its significant contributions to strategic decision-making across all organizational levels.

Requirements:

  • Relevant training and 4-5 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Advanced mastery of Power BI dashboard development.
  • Expertise in SQL and significant experience with tools like Snowflake, Databricks, and SAS.
  • Strong technical communication skills, ability to simplify complex concepts, proactivity, and rigorous project execution.
  • Experience in cloud environments (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS), Python, and SAS skills preferred.
  • Familiarity with data pipeline release processes and versioning systems such as Bitbucket.

Compensation Package:

This role comes with a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
