Gather, a leading B2B portfolio of small kitchen appliance brands, is seeking a skilled Product Brand Strategist to join its Product Branding team.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced consumer-centric product strategist with in-depth knowledge of the small kitchen appliance market.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify consumer and sales trends to expand assortments into new innovative white space for our brands, including Beautiful, CRUX, and BELLA, as well as sub-brands.
  • Utilize consumer insights to craft strategy, including new product development ideas and product positioning in the marketplace.
  • Participate in Seasonal Strategy meetings to provide information for presenting hindsight, insights, and opportunities for seasonal innovations.
  • Collaborate with the Director and Product, Engineering teams on new product development initiatives and brief these teams and Marketing to kick off concepting.
  • Work with Marketing Brand leads to ensure consistency of messaging across packaging, in-store signage/POPs, e-comm, and other marketing assets.
  • Partner with the creative team and copywriter to create and/or review briefs to ensure alignment with product marketing and messaging strategy.
  • Analyze consumer insights, product feedback, and data from customers, translating the analysis into specific action plans that align with business goals.

About You:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience working within the consumer goods industry, preferably in small kitchen appliances or other consumer electrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • A proven track record of building and fostering strong relationships with internal and external teams to optimize growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically/internationally up to 30% of the time.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive, collaborative attitude.
