We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our IT services team at Ingenious Management Consulting Ltd.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide technical support to our employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and systems to perform their duties efficiently. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing training and guidance, and collaborating with the team to resolve complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding promptly to technical inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement new applications and software solutions that meet the needs of the business.
  • Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions, making this information available to other technical support analysts as needed.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and appropriate software.
Requirements
  • A college certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably in an IT services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Judgement and initiative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, requiring regular working hours of 60-88 hours bi-weekly. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced IT environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
