Aulakh Corporation seeks an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day administrative activities of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, with a focus on establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Additionally, the Office Operations Coordinator will assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and assemble data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Excel and MS Word, and will be able to perform data entry, monitor and evaluate, and oversee payroll administration.

This is a permanent position, working 32 to 40 hours per week, with a focus on providing exceptional administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures

  • Coordinate and plan for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget
  • Maintain inventory and budgetary controls

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
