Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Alberta Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including budgeting and inventory management.
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed.
  • Resolve conflict situations and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent position with 30-35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
