Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Alberta Inc.

Job Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work independently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including budgeting and inventory control
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Resolve conflict situations and plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Willing to relocate
Work Setting

The Office Manager will work in a fast-paced office environment and will be required to work independently under pressure. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Transportation/Travel Information

The Office Manager will be required to use their own transportation and will have access to a vehicle.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The Office Manager will work in a standard office environment and will be required to sit for long periods of time. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to work independently and under pressure.
