Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at 2441740 ALBERTA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including budgeting and inventory management
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Resolve conflict situations and plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Willing to relocate
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Permanent work term and 30-35 hours per week
  • Work language: English
