Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at 2441740 ALBERTA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and ensure deadlines are met
  • Establish work priorities and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Resolve conflict situations and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
  • 30 to 35 hours per week
  • Own transportation
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
