**Job Summary**

The Packaging Engineering Coordinator is a key member of the Groupe Leclerc team, responsible for developing new packaging formats that meet the needs of our product launches and equipment installation projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement new packaging formats for all production sites, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Provide expert packaging support to the engineering project manager and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Manage and maintain SAP master data related to packaging and finished product formats, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain standards across plants, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery of packaging projects, meeting business objectives and deadlines.
  • Manage and follow up on requests from internal teams, including production problems, tests with R&D, and other related matters.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, database, and packaging use, with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency gains.
  • Support the master data management team in the SAP configuration of new products, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Techniques, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant project management experience, with a focus on packaging and engineering.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Office suite, and Autocad, with a strong understanding of packaging and engineering principles.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of organization and structure.
