Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new packaging formats for all production sites, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with the Packaging Engineering Project Manager and other stakeholders to provide packaging expertise and support.
  • Manage SAP master data related to packaging and finished product formats, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain standards across plants and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery of packaging projects.
  • Provide support to internal teams, including production, R&D, and master data management, to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of packaging processes, database management, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Support the master data management team in configuring new products in SAP.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Techniques, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in packaging or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Office suite, and Autocad.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Rigorous and structured approach to work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
