Position Overview: The Packaging Engineering Coordinator, reporting directly to the Packaging Engineering Project Manager, plays a pivotal role in the creation of innovative packaging solutions aligned with product introductions and new machinery deployment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement new packaging solutions across all manufacturing facilities.
  2. Offer packaging knowledge and assistance to the engineering project manager and relevant stakeholders.
  3. Oversee SAP master data associated with packaging and finished goods.
  4. Engage proactively with various teams to uphold consistency across production sites.
  5. Coordinate timelines to guarantee timely project completion.
  6. Handle and track inquiries from internal teams regarding production challenges, R&D testing, and more.
  7. Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes, databases, and packaging utilization to achieve cost reductions.
  8. Assist the master data management team with the SAP setup for new products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Techniques, or a related field.
  2. One to three years of relevant experience in project management.
  3. Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and AutoCAD.
  4. Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  5. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  6. Demonstrated rigor and structure in executing tasks.
