Job Title: Packaging Engineering Coordinator

Leclerc Ltd is seeking a skilled Packaging Engineering Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our packaging engineering team, you will be responsible for developing new packaging formats in line with product launches and new equipment installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new packaging formats for all production sites.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to engineering project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Manage SAP master data related to packaging and finished product formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain standards across plants.
  • Manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support internal teams with requests and issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, database, and packaging usage to reduce costs.
  • Support the master data management team in SAP configuration of new products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Office suite, and Autocad.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Rigorous and structured work approach.
