Job Description

As a Packaging Engineering Coordinator at Groupe Leclerc, you will play a key role in developing new packaging formats that meet the needs of our product launches and equipment installation projects.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new packaging formats for all production sites, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Provide expert packaging support to the engineering project manager and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Manage SAP master data related to packaging and finished product formats, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency across plants and ensure project success.
  • Manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery, prioritizing tasks and resources as needed.
  • Support the master data management team in the SAP configuration of new products, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of our processes, database, and packaging usage to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Techniques, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant project management experience, with a focus on packaging and engineering.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Office suite, and Autocad, with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
