Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Factory Direct Furniture. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed
  • Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain an efficient inventory
  • Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our customers have access to the products they need
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Client focus and flexibility to adapt to changing situations
  • Reliability and ability to work independently
