Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Factory Direct Furniture. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that customers have access to a wide range of products.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers leave the store satisfied.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform our sales strategy.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop our sales staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or retail environment
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail
Work Environment

As a Sales Supervisor at Factory Direct Furniture, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. You will be required to work a 40-hour week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
