Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of customized apparel, ensuring high-quality products meet customer specifications.
- Organize orders to ensure all aspects are correct and complete;
- Operate a small heat press to apply customization elements to apparel;
- Perform daily duties to maintain printer efficiency and prepare vinyl for application;
- Accurately report quality issues to supervisors;
- Assist with general production tasks, such as bagging and tagging apparel and inventory counts;
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping storage areas and workstations tidy;
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Be fluent in English (written and oral);
- Have strong time management skills and ability to read production work orders;
- Be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Be physically able to go up and down stairs, carry boxes (20-50lbs), operate a heat press, and stand for most of the workday;
This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance and punctuality. You must be available to work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule.
