Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team at beBee Professionals in Hamilton, Canada. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, and leading a team of employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service.
- Train, mentor, and manage team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
