Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Drive Vehicles: Safely operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Load and Unload Goods: Load and unload goods from vehicles, ensuring that they are properly secured and handled with care.
  • Sort and Deliver Packages: Sort packages for delivery and ensure that they are delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
  • Record Trip Information: Record trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered during delivery.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery.
  • Perform Vehicle Inspections: Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring that they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Will train, but prior experience in a delivery or transportation role is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
