Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Courier to join our team at City Furniture & Appliances Ltd. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport goods and products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Drive Vehicles: Safely operate company automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.
  • Load and Unload Goods: Load and unload goods from vehicles, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Sort Packages: Sort packages for delivery, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Record Trip Information: Record trip information, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered during delivery.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery.
  • Perform Vehicle Inspections: Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of company vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a related field is an asset.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
