Administrative Assistant Job Description

Burger King is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Budget and Expenditures: Assist in planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
  • Supervision: Supervise other workers and train them to perform their tasks efficiently.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and answer electronic enquiries.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely payments.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
  • Computer and Technology: Possess knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and large caseloads.
