About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating office services, and assisting with budget preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office
  • Coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in office administration
  • Permanent position
  • 30-35 hours per week
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Salary Range

$45,000 - $55,000 per year
