About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of 3-4 staff members, ensuring efficient store operations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling merchandise and managing cash transactions;
  • Preparing sales reports and tracking inventory;
  • Handling employee relations, including hiring, training, and payroll administration;
  • Resolving customer complaints and supply chain issues;
  • Maintaining store appearance and organizing inventory.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
