Job Title: Technical Advisor for Identity and Access Management

Location: Remote/Hybrid

Job Type: Contract/Temporary

Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisor to join our Identity and Access Management team at VDart Inc. As a Technical Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth by providing expert-level guidance on IAM services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Access Management: Create, modify, and delete advanced complexity access (Unix, Oracle, Windows, etc.)
  • Account Management: Manage the entire life cycle of broker and employee accounts
  • Service Delivery: Manage service SLAs and KPIs, ensuring the overall quality of IAM service deliverables and driving continuous improvement
  • Security and Compliance: Analyze, identify, and correct access risks in different systems, ensuring the management and integrity of user identity
  • Critical Incident Response: Intervene in critical situations in the event of system failures
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Participate in the development of documentation intended for users in conjunction with the various support services of the company

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an Identity and Access Management position
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Unix, Oracle, Windows environments, and identity governance solutions (SailPoint, etc.)
  • Soft Skills: Team spirit, attention to detail, analysis and synthesis, and action-oriented
