TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and deployment of IAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans for IAM implementation, aligning with our release schedule and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assign tasks, manage resources, and meet strict deadlines.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assess and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the security and integrity of our IAM systems.
- Provide expert guidance on change management principles, performance evaluation processes, and technical knowledge.
- Lead the implementation of SailPoint Technologies - Identity Access Management & IdentityIQ solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an IT project manager, with a strong background in IAM and vulnerability resolution coordination.
- 3+ years of experience as an IT project manager, with a proven track record in release management and post-implementation support coordination in IAM (including Identity IQ).
- 20+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on program management, delivery team management, and multi-site worldwide distributed team management in the IAM domain (including Identity IQ).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile development and SAFe methodologies.
- Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement.
