CB Canada is seeking an IT Technical Advisor to join our team in the Financial Services Sector. As an IT Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for managing access and identity management services, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle of broker and employee accounts, ensuring timely access and coordination with customers and suppliers.
  • Analyze and identify access risks in various systems, and implement corrective measures to mitigate these risks.
  • Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for identity and access management services.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the quality of IAM service deliverables and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of PC and centralized system environments, including Windows, MS Office, LAN/WAN, Unix, and Oracle.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent capacity for analysis and synthesis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong action-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Sailpoint and bilingual English/French skills.

Work Environment:

CB Canada is a remote work environment, with the ability to work from home or a designated office space.
