Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing personalized service and ensuring their insurance needs are met.
- Collaborate with carriers to secure the best possible coverage for our clients.
- Process policies, endorsements, and claims, ensuring seamless service and timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities to grow our clients' insurance portfolios and provide them with expert advice on risk management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring our clients receive the best possible guidance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
- Strong knowledge of carriers and their offerings, including umbrella, excess coverage, and valuable articles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and TAM/EPIC systems.
