About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at S and S Lawyers LLP. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our lawyers and staff in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and minimal disruptions.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to enhance productivity and workflow.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Communication: Prepare and key in correspondence, legal documents, and reports, ensuring attention to detail and grammatical accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and ability to multitask.
