Restaurant Operations Manager

At Wendy's, we're looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high-quality food and service standards, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
  • Cost control and inventory management
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, including food safety and sanitation practices
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Plan and execute daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
  • Supervise a team of more than 20 people, including department managers and crew members
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations
  • Stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Take initiative to improve processes, reduce costs, and drive business results

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and motivate team members to achieve high standards
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
