About the RoleThis role is ideal for an individual with excellent leadership and organizational skills, who can effectively manage a team of more than 20 people and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing budgets to boost profits, developing cost-effective strategies, and monitoring revenues to determine labor costs.
You will also play a key role in planning and organizing daily operations, recruiting staff, setting schedules, supervising staff, training employees, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients, as well as participate in marketing plans and implementation.
In addition to your management responsibilities, you will also have opportunities to develop your leadership skills through leading teams and instructing individuals. You will be working closely with senior management to drive business growth and success.
