Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
As an Administrative Support Specialist at Bysell Real Estate Inc., you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, delegating work to office support staff, and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Procedures:
- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff as needed to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Evaluate and implement changes to administrative procedures as required.
Experience and Education:
- Education:
- A college diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in a related field such as business administration would be an asset.
- Work Experience:
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role is preferred. Previous experience working in a real estate environment would be considered an asset.
Benefits:
