Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Panoramic Services Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy and Procedure Development

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.

Meeting and Event Support

Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and ensure accurate documentation.

Office Administration

Determine and establish office procedures and routines, and oversee the preparation of reports.

Communication and Customer Service

Answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide excellent customer service.

Supply Management and Filing

Order office supplies and maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

Operational Planning and Control

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
