Key Responsibilities- Policy and Procedure Development
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
Meeting and Event SupportRecord and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and ensure accurate documentation.
Office AdministrationDetermine and establish office procedures and routines, and oversee the preparation of reports.
Communication and Customer ServiceAnswer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
Supply Management and FilingOrder office supplies and maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Operational Planning and ControlPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
Requirements- Education and Experience
No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAttention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Personal SuitabilityOrganized, team player, and reliable individual with excellent communication skills.
