Campaign Manager Job Description

Marketers on Demand is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to lead paid media campaigns in programmatic, social, and search.

About the Role:

  • Manage digital campaigns from brief to fruition, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Analyze data throughout a campaign's life cycle to inform optimization and improvement strategies.
  • Review budgets and platforms to ensure efficient media spends, analyzing performance at the end of each month.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategic plans and coordinate campaign benchmarks, projections, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate operational briefs, manage tasks, and lead teams to achieve campaign goals.
  • Produce client-facing reporting documents to showcase campaign performance and progress.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in performance media (paid search, display, social, video, and ecommerce).
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing paid media and online marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with Data Studio or Power BI and other reporting platforms.
  • Able to coordinate campaigns among teams and experts.
  • Familiarity with bid management, scripts, plugins, attribution analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Programmatic experience is essential.
  • Google and Facebook certifications are highly valued.

What We Offer:
