Digital Performance Marketing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Marketing Leader to join our team at Critical Mass. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
About the Role- This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in digital marketing, specifically in paid search (SEM) and other channels such as display, video, and social media.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and analytics, to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that meet client goals and objectives.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns, driving incremental revenue growth, and delivering high-quality results through data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEM, display, video, and social media.
- Manage and optimize large-scale digital marketing campaigns, including budget pacing, campaign setup, account structure, targeting strategy, bid strategy, and performance optimizations.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that meet client goals and objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and drive business growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure continued innovation and excellence in digital marketing strategies.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid search (SEM) and other channels such as display, video, and social media.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including target audience analysis, campaign optimization, and return on investment (ROI) measurement.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale digital marketing campaigns, driving incremental revenue growth and delivering high-quality results through data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate complex digital marketing concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
